Job Overview
The Assistant Front Office Manager is responsible for leading our front office team in delivering an exceptional luxury guest experience. As a key member of the leadership team, you will support the Front Office Manager in overseeing daily front desk operations, ensuring seamless check-ins and check-outs, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality. You will play a pivotal role in training and mentoring staff, resolving guest concerns and upholding Downtown L.A. Propers commitment to personalized service and excellence.
