We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our property management team. This role reports directly to our Accountant and Partners.

- **Education:** 4-year degree in Accounting
- **Experience:** Real estate accounting required
- **Skills:** Proficient in QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong ethical standards and values
- Excellent interpersonal skills; we prioritize a family-oriented atmosphere
- Outstanding organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Keen attention to detail and sound judgment
- Positive, “can do” attitude
# Key Responsibilities:
- Perform bank runs (make deposits, cut checks)
- Confirm incoming wires and process outgoing wires
- Generate and follow up on invoices
- Manage accounts receivable (A/R) and accounts payable (A/P)
- Maintain the Master Excel Revenue File
- Input credit card transactions and code to expense accounts
- Process incoming checks and reimbursement requests
- Organize and file accounting-related documents
