Job Overview
Boutique Commercial Real Estate Firm seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Assistant to support our real estate team in various administrative, bookkeeping, and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the real estate processes, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. This role is essential for ensuring smooth operations within our real estate business and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily administrative tasks related to real estate transactions.
- Maintain and organize property listings, client databases, and transaction files.
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and team members regarding property inquiries and transaction updates.
- Support marketing efforts by researching market trends and assisting in the creation of promotional materials.
- Coordinate property showings, open houses, and client meetings.
- Provide customer service support by addressing client questions and concerns promptly.
- Assist with property management tasks as needed, including tenant communication and maintenance coordination.
- Maintain the bookkeeping, collecting rent, and assisting in the management operations of various properties.
Requirements
- Previous experience in real estate administration, real estate sales, bookkeeping, or a related field is preferred.
- Active Wisconsin Real Estate License (or the ability to obtain).
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher and Power Point.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and team members professionally.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Familiarity with property management practices is a plus.
- Prior experience with Quick Books and strong plus.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.43 - $20.74 per hour
Expected hours: 18 – 24 per week
