Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in residential property maintenance and demonstrate proficiency in electrical/mechanical/carpentry and more. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for scheduling with tenants, completing work orders as assigned, reporting to maintenance manager as required.

Responsibilities
- Scheduling with tenants for maintenance work orders as assigned.
- Troubleshoot resident maintenance issues & repair.
- Provide exceptional customer service by completing work orders promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, time spent on a work order & inventory management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential scatter property maintenance or a related field.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on communication in English.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and continuous improvement
- Proven experience as maintenance technician

- Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
- Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices
- Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
Note: Company vehicle to be provided, must have cleaned driving record as you will be adding to our company insurance. If you have your own vehicle and tools, compensation will increase significantly.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
