What are the responsibilities and job description for the Insurance Agent/Customer Service Representative position at Property & Casualty Independent Insurance Agency?
This position involves P&C quotes/ sales from the marketplace, invoices, endorsements and cancellations for personal insurance accounts. This opening is located at our League City office.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Assist with quoting new and renewal personal insurance business
- Invoice insurance policies, endorsements and cancellations
- Prepare billing for TWIA client's
- Communicate the status of pending changes, cancellations and account issues to company producers
- Communicate efficiently with clients, insurance carrier underwriting representatives and company service units via telephone and email
- Coordinate with company producers and company personnel in the placement of clients coverage
- Maintain confidentiality of clients personal and financial information
* Familiarity with Independent Home and Auto insurance markets, TWIA and Flood insurance a plus..
* Salary plus Commission included..
