Position Overview
The Account Manager is responsible for expanding Property Craft’s market presence by developing business-to-business partnerships, executing marketing strategies, and increasing sales revenue. This role requires a proactive, relationship-focused approach to drive customer engagement and generate new client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas through relationship building, strategic outreach, and execution.
- Identify and secure business-to-business agreements with key commercial industries.
- Organize and attend networking events, trade shows, and professional association meetings to promote Property Craft’s services.
Qualifications
Required:
- Over two years of B2B sales experience, ideally in the service industry.
- A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Capable of working independently, managing multiple accounts, and traveling as needed.
- Proficient in business software, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.
- A valid driver’s license (company vehicle provided for work-related travel).
Preferred:
- Experience in the restoration, property management, or service industry.
- Marketing experience (social media, digital campaigns, or event planning)
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
