ROLE
We seek an exceptional opener and lead prospector capable of achieving remarkable results in the Property Leads Lead Manager role. The candidate is the first impression a prospect will get of Property Leads. Thus, they must be professional, an effective communicator, and excellent at building rapport and getting cold and warm leads to either schedule an appointment or onboard. The candidate should be motivated by helping our clients achieve the highest levels of success.
The successful candidate will call unconverted leads in our CRM, cold-call real estate companies to pitch our services and prospects on LinkedIn and Facebook and manage the CRM. This role demands time and attentiveness (far more so than a traditional 9-5 job). This role will work alongside our sales manager to learn and develop their skillset.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Build trust and transparency with all clients.
- Move all prospects to the proper pipeline stage via CRM throughout the day.
- Maintain a clear, up to date and accurate pipeline in our CRM
- Follow up diligently and consistently with potential clients over extended periods
- Document all interactions with all prospects and clients in the “notes” section of the CRM, escalating to the Support team as needed
- Educate prospects on what we offer from an expert perspective
- Allow the Sales Manager to shadow calls and give feedback
- Available minimum of five days per week (minimum of 40 hours per week) to take sales calls and nurture existing customers
- Use both internal and external resources to maintain up-to-date knowledge of what we offer and the real estate investor space
- Be mindful of any emerging patterns of negative feedback from clients and report to the Sales Manager
