Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance including but not limited to maintenance to equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to make sure they’re operating efficiently and make any needed repairs
• Cleaning, painting, flooring, light carpentry, landscaping, snow removal could also be required as needed,
• Inspect the building for any damages to windows, doors, and walls and perform necessary repairs
• Keep a record of completed repairs and when the equipment was last serviced through our work order and inspection platform.
• Pictures, time keeping, and GPS tracking will be used to quantify work done.
• Assist in Develop and execute preventative maintenance measures to keep our properties operating efficiently and prevent any safety risks
• Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Valid State of CT Drivers Licenses is a MUST
• At least 2 years of maintenance experience
• Knowledge of general maintenance, plumbing systems, and electrical systems
• Advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, procedures, and techniques
• Available to be on call and respond to maintenance requests on some nights and weekends
• Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail

Salary : $38,000 - $65,000
