About the Role: Property Management, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team in Lititz, PA. As an employee owner, you will be responsible for assisting with resident work orders, apartment turnovers, and grounds/landscaping work.
Salary and Benefits: This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $18-$21 per hour, depending on experience and position. Job Responsibilities: The successful candidate will assist with resident work orders, apartment turnovers, and perform grounds/landscaping work as needed. Light electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repair duties are also required. Additionally, customer service and salt/snow removal duties will be assigned. On-call duties may be eligible for a bonus.
Requirements: Prior residential maintenance experience is preferred. A working cell phone, excellent customer service and sales skills, valid PA driver's license, and reliable transportation are required. A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary.
