Role and Responsibilities
The Property Maintenance Specialist will play a key role in maintaining the quality of our properties, ensuring that residents receive excellent customer service and support. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with resident work orders
- Performing light electrical, plumbing, and HVAC work
- Assisting with turnover of apartments
Requirements
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will have:
- Prior residential maintenance experience
- A valid PA driver's license and reliable transportation
- Excellent customer service and sales skills
