We are currently searching for one part-time Administrative Assistant to join our team at Breckenridge Village Apartments. This position will provide administrative support to the Community Director and great customer service. Must be able to multi-task and have strong computer skills. Prefer a bilingual candidate. This is a part-time position of 20-25 hours per week, M-F. - Data entry.
- Assist with customer service.
- Take tenant work orders.
- Send verifications for resident recertifications.
- Maintain resident files.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- High School Diploma/GED.
