Property Management People, Inc (PMP) is adding to our homeowner association (HOA) management team at Country Side community in Sterling, VA. This position is a full time opportunity. The Administrative Assistant provides support to the HOA management team with the daily operations of the onsite community office by serving as an important liaison for the residents. Superior customer service and strong interpersonal communication skills are required. Responding with a high degree of urgency to the needs and requests of our clients is essential.
Requirements include:
- At least 1 year of administrative/clerical experience in a fast-paced office environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Suite office programs
- Use of multi-line phone system
