What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Property Manager position at Property Management?
We are a leading property management company with over 26k units through the east coast. We are seeking to hire several awesome Asst. Property Managers for LIHTC layered local subsidy and HUD Section 8 for a 200 unit property. The ideal candidate will manage operations, leasing activity, financial reporting and communications for their assigned residential property. You must have LIHTC experience to be considered.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Manage day-to-day operations
- Manage property maintenance with the assistance of the maintenance team
- Maintain and manage all financial responsibilities
- Manage and monitor rental collection
- Mentor and manage property staff
- Perform other duties as assigned or requested to support property operations
- All other duties as assigned
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- 3-5 years HUD/LIHTC Experience.
- Must have a strong working knowledge with LIHTC program to be able to hit the ground running!
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Word and Excel experience a must
- Working knowledge of RealPage and LIHTC certifications a plus! Minimum 2 years
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
