We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support our fast-paced property management office. The ideal candidate will be dependable, professional and capable of handling a variety of administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a courteous and professional manner
  • Greet and assist tenants, vendors and clients who visit the office
  • Prepare, file and maintain documents, leases, and records
  • Assist with rent collection and payment processing
  • Schedule appointments, inspections and maintenance requests
  • Support property managers with various administrative duties
  • Maintain office organization and filing
  • Perform data entry and update tenant and property databases

Qualifications:

  • Previous office or administrative experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities
  • Ability to multitask and handle a busy office environment
  • Professional demeanor and excellent customer services skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person

Salary : $18 - $20
