PART -TIME ONLY- QuickBooks Bookkeeper (helpful to have property management experience) Great for retired bookkeeper who wants to work part time or a parent that drops off your children at school. Lots of flexibility! Pick your days and hours!
1. QuickBooks - Must have 3 years' experience (any bookkeeping program)
2. Microsoft, Word & Excel, Proof Reading (Excellent skills required)
3. Proficiency test will be given for these skills
3. General office tasks and excellent organizational skills required
4. Independent worker, problem solver, honest, reliable, work in a casual friendly office.
5. Live no more then 10 miles from La Mesa.
Tasks include but not limited to: logging rents, paying bills, bank reconciliations, credit card payments, and, general office tasks.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 9 – 12 per week
