The Property Rush CEO is looking for an executive assistant to help organize events, post on social media and assist with day-to-day operations of project management tasks and property management tasks.

Are you an excellent planner and organizer? We’re hiring an executive assistant to provide administrative support to help us achieve our organizational goals. Your role is key to ensuring plans are made, schedules are set, meetings happen on time, and gifts are thought out and given to our investors on a regular basis.

Compensation :

50,000 - $60,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

• Organize incoming information such as phone calls, voicemail messages, emails, and memos and report details to an executive
• Perform office management duties such as organizing filing systems and ordering office equipment and supplies
• Other assistant duties as assigned from executives such as pick up orders, and other personal assistant tasks
• Oversee scheduling, including arranging accommodations and travel, managing itineraries, and setting up team meetings
• Act as the main point of contact the high-level executive
• Work with an executive to prepare for meetings and record minutes
