Property Soar is seeking a highly organized and dynamic Event Coordinator to plan, manage, and execute a variety of corporate and client-focused events. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling multiple projects with precision. This role plays a key part in promoting the company’s brand and creating memorable experiences for clients and partners.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and oversee all aspects of company and client events, from concept to execution
- Coordinate logistics including venue selection, catering, vendors, equipment, and schedules
- Develop event timelines, budgets, and post-event evaluations
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and partners
- Ensure events align with the company’s vision and service standards
- Prepare and manage event materials, promotional tools, and guest communications
- Solve on-site issues quickly and professionally during events
- Maintain accurate records of event expenditures and resources
Qualifications
- Proven experience in event planning or coordination (2 years preferred)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
- Familiarity with event management software is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferred
