Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Maintenance Coordinator at Property Synergy LLC. The Maintenance Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in managing Condominium and Associations. Daily tasks may include helping with calling vendors, email communication/text/phone with Board members, budgeting, maintenance coordination, homeowner and Board communication, administrative duties, and other duties as assigned. Must live in the Chicagoland area, close to 60656 zip code.
Qualifications
- Property Management, Real Estate, or relevant experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with budgeting and financial management
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Knowledge of HOA regulations and property laws
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in property management software is a plus
- Typing skills at least 70 words per minute with 80% efficiency
