Essential Functions :
- Enhance and maintain all service line budget tools.
- May assist in the development of additional service line budget or pricing calculators.
- Perform other budget tool enhancements and maintenance, as requested.
- Meet with service line SMEs, Commercial Finance, and Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) quarterly to review and collect feedback on budget tools.
- Create training materials and user guides for all budget tools.
- Fix "bugs" in budget tools.
- Train Functional leads, Project Managers, Project Directors, and Proposal, Contract, and Finance leads on budget tools.
- Lead / assist with client bid grid mapping.
- Update budget tools based on cost analysis from FP&A team.
- Develop and track pricing metrics collection and analysis.
- Enhance CRS ballpark budget tool.
- Attend client meetings as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
