Job Details
We are seeking a CAPPS/PeopleSoft Developer to support the SCOR BAU EI parallel initiative. The role involves analysis, programming, system enhancements, report development, interface integration, and data migration between CAPPS Financials and SCOR.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in PeopleCode, PeopleTools, SQR, SQL, and Oracle along with experience in PeopleSoft Financials modules. This role also requires troubleshooting, defect analysis, peer code reviews, and security policy compliance. The candidate must be available for on-call support as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, enhance, and maintain PeopleSoft applications using PeopleCode, PeopleTools, SQL, SQR, and BI Publisher.
Support integration efforts between CAPPS Financials and SCOR, including interface development and data migration.
Troubleshoot defects, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes.
Conduct unit testing, peer reviews, and documentation to ensure software quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support PeopleSoft Financials upgrades and implementations.
Maintain code coverage, testing standards, and security policies.
Provide on-call support for critical issues and system maintenance.
Required Skills & Experience
8 years in PeopleSoft application development (PeopleCode, PeopleTools, Application Designer, Application Engine).
8 years of experience in PeopleSoft Financials (Contracts, ePro, GL, Payables, Purchasing, Strategic Sourcing, Commitment Control).
8 years of experience working with Oracle databases.
8 years of experience with Unix, Shell scripting, and data migration.
8 years of development experience in PeopleSoft 9.2 environments.
8 years of experience developing BI Publisher reports.
