Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, with occasional weekends and evenings
Compensation: $20 - $22 per hour, plus Benefits and Free Private Living Accommodations
Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and experienced Full-Time Live-In Nanny and Housekeeper to join our family. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing attentive childcare and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our home. This dual-role position requires a proactive individual who can balance childcare responsibilities with household management efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Childcare Duties:
- Provide nurturing care for 3 young children ranging in ages from 7, 10 and 13 years old.
- Plan and engage in age-appropriate educational and recreational activities.
- Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the children.
- Assist with homework and school projects.
- Manage children's daily routines.
- Transport children to and from school, activities, and appointments.
- Monitor and ensure the children's safety at all times.
Housekeeping Duties:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the home.
- Perform daily housekeeping tasks, including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and cleaning bathrooms.
- Laundry duties: washing, drying, and folding clothes.
- Organize closets, pantries, and common areas.
- Prepare family meals and assist with grocery shopping and meal planning.
- Run errands as needed.
General Duties:
- Collaborate with parents to ensure consistency in childcare routines and discipline.
- Maintain open and honest communication with the family.
- Adhere to any specific household rules and guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a nanny and housekeeper with positive references.
- CPR and First Aid certification (Can be acquired).
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to prepare nutritious meals.
- Ability to commit to a long-term position.
