Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeper/House Manager to oversee the cleanliness, organization, and daily operations of our household. This hybrid role requires someone who can handle both hands-on housekeeping tasks and administrative responsibilities to ensure a well-managed and comfortable home environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning and housekeeping duties, including dusting, vacuuming, laundry, and dishwashing.
• Manage household supplies, groceries, and inventory to ensure everything is stocked.
• Supervise and coordinate maintenance services, repairs, and other household needs.
• Oversee and manage any additional household staff (cleaners, nannies, gardeners, etc.).
• Organize and maintain household schedules, including meal planning and light cooking.
• Handle household budgeting, vendor management, and expense tracking.
• Assist with running errands such as grocery shopping, dry cleaning, and personal shopping.
• Prepare the home for guests and assist with entertaining, event planning, and meal service.
• Ensure security and safety protocols are maintained within the home.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience as a Housekeeper, House Manager, or in a similar role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Attention to detail and high cleanliness standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in managing household budgets and scheduling.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Cooking skills (preferred but not required).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
