- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to attract new patients, retain existing ones, and enhance brand reputation.
- Brand Development: Maintain and strengthen the organization's brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging across all communication platforms.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, patient needs, and competitive insights. Use data to inform marketing strategies.
- Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website management, SEO/SEM strategies, social media, and email marketing.
- Content Strategy: Develop engaging and educational content for various platforms, such as blogs, newsletters, brochures, and videos.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with clinical, operational, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with organizational goals.

Qualifications:

- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
