Position Overview :

We are looking for a UX Designer to join our Product Team. This position will be responsible for designing user-centric features and workflows for Propio's internal and external platforms, dashboards, and reporting tools in collaboration with our Product, Product Marketing, Client Success, and Engineering teams. We are a growing company utilizing innovative technology, and this position will make a visible impact.

Key Responsibilities :

Design experiences aimed at improving user activation, retention, and expansion metrics, ensuring alignment with product goals and user needsPartner with Product and Commercial teams to design features that support role-based access control for different customer segments or verticalsDevelop intuitive, engaging first-time user experiences and self-service onboarding flows to streamline adoption and drive product engagementCreate wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, ensuring they align with product requirements and user needsConduct user research, including interviews, usability testing, and surveys, to gather insights that inform design decisionsDevelop scalable, responsive designs optimized for complex data visualization and reporting interfacesEstablish Propio's product design system to ensure consistency across all platform elementsAdvocate for accessibility throughout the design process, ensuring our products meet the needs of a diverse audienceCollaborate with Engineers to ensure seamless implementation and adherence to design specificationsAnalyze usage metrics, user feedback, and industry trends to identify areas for improvement and propose solutionsPresent designs and findings to stakeholders and incorporate feedback iterativelyBecome a vocal advocate for great design at Propio, including assisting with occasional presentations to other teams about ongoing projects and initiativesWork independently across multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlinesRequirements

Qualifications : Must have

an online portfolio of relevant work examples; please include a link on your resumeBachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related subject; or equivalent work experience5 years of experience in UX / UI design, preferably focused on Usage-based products, or enterprise applicationsExpertise in Figma (or another tool) and a strong understanding of its featuresExperience designing in-app messaging workflows, product tours, and data-heavy interfaces with a focus on usability and visualizationStrong knowledge of user research methodologies and usability testingSolid understanding of how design decisions impact business outcomesFamiliarity with accessibility standards and best practices for product designBasic understanding of front-end technologies to bridge the gap between design and developmentProven ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teamsExcellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearlyHighly detail-oriented and self-motivated, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet critical project milestones and deadlinesPreferred : fluency in more than one language, exposure to machine learning or AI-driven product design, or experience with Healthcare-related products
