Position Overview :
We are looking for a UX Designer to join our Product Team. This position will be responsible for designing user-centric features and workflows for Propio’s internal and external platforms, dashboards, and reporting tools in collaboration with our Product, Product Marketing, Client Success, and Engineering teams. We are a growing company utilizing innovative technology, and this position will make a visible impact.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design experiences aimed at improving user activation, retention, and expansion metrics, ensuring alignment with product goals and user needs
- Partner with Product and Commercial teams to design features that support role-based access control for different customer segments or verticals
- Develop intuitive, engaging first-time user experiences and self-service onboarding flows to streamline adoption and drive product engagement
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, ensuring they align with product requirements and user needs
- Conduct user research, including interviews, usability testing, and surveys, to gather insights that inform design decisions
- Develop scalable, responsive designs optimized for complex data visualization and reporting interfaces
- Establish Propio’s product design system to ensure consistency across all platform elements
- Advocate for accessibility throughout the design process, ensuring our products meet the needs of a diverse audience
- Collaborate with Engineers to ensure seamless implementation and adherence to design specifications
- Analyze usage metrics, user feedback, and industry trends to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions
- Present designs and findings to stakeholders and incorporate feedback iteratively
- Become a vocal advocate for great design at Propio, including assisting with occasional presentations to other teams about ongoing projects and initiatives
- Work independently across multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
