Position Overview :
Propio is rapidly growing and is looking to hire a highly motivated Office Manager to join our corporate team. The Office Manager role is responsible for Office facilities management support to the organization, supporting office facility needs with various vendors, and providing general admin support to management as needed. This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Requirements : Responsibilities :
- Greet and welcome visitors
- Serve as point person for office needs
- Coordinate office / facility needs with vendors for repairs and maintenance
- Orders and maintains all office and kitchen supplies and assist with mailing on occasion
- Maintain corporate seating chart
- Assist Events Coordinator with onsite employee activities as needed
- Provide travel and expense assistance for select executives
- Provide general calendar support for select executives
- Sign translation certificates for the Documents Coordinator
- Handles details of confidential and critical matters
- Other duties as assigned
