Requirements :
The Project Coordinator is responsible for successfully delivering projects to the client : on time, with quality, and within budget. This role will work closely with clients, internal teams, and freelance translators to ensure that all projects meet our high standards of accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities :
- Manage projects and / or accounts as assigned
- Ensure on time delivery and quality of work
- Responsive and professional treatment of both external and internal clients
- Meet established KPIs – both personal and team goals
