The Solutions Specialist works closely with clients, the Client Success team, and internal departments to design and deliver optimal solutions for customer configurations and integrations. This role focuses on implementing client configuration tickets, troubleshooting production issues, and acting as a bridge between system integrations and product teams to drive platform improvements. A strong ability to communicate technical solutions, problem-solve, and proactively suggest enhancements is key to success in this position.

Key Responsibilities :
- Client Configuration :
Complete and implement client configuration tickets in line with project requirements and deadlines
Collaborate with the Client Success team to review and discuss configuration settings
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations
Serve as a liaison between the System Integrations team and the Product team to identify and communicate areas for platform improvement
