- Supervise 1-2 direct reports, reviewing financials and ensuring accuracy
- Manage month-end close, financial reporting, CAM reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Ensure GAAP compliance, oversee financial statements, and verify lease agreements in Yardi
- Oversee cash flow, capital expenditures, and lender reporting
- Assist with debt compliance, audits, and financial analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- 5 - 10 years of experience in commercial real estate accounting
- Proficiency in Yardi software for lease and financial management
- Strong GAAP knowledge with experience in month-end close & financial reporting
- Advanced Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
