We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the 3rd shift to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a hospital setting, specifically in medical-surgical units, and must be comfortable working with medical patients.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to medical-surgical patients
- Administer medications, IVs, and other treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, updating care plans as necessary
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Assist in pre- and post-operative care for surgical patients
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to hospital policies and protocols
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital setting, specifically in medical-surgical units
- Strong knowledge of med-surg protocols and patient care standards
- Willingness to work the 3rd shift
- Full COVID-19 vaccination
