Junior Accountant (up to $70,000 bonus)
A busy and expanding company is looking to bring on a Junior Accountant to support their growing finance team. This is a brand-new role created due to increased business volume — a great opportunity to get in at an exciting time and grow alongside a strong accounting team led by experienced leadership.

This is a highly interactive, forward-facing accounting role. You’ll work directly with internal operations teams as well as external partners like brokers and sales agents. Because of that, strong communication skills and a personable approach are just as important as technical accuracy.
Your primary focus will be on cash accounting, including:
- Reconciling high-volume cash and escrow accounts
- Managing cash-related activity with precision and timeliness
- Supporting broader general ledger and operational accounting functions
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of accounting experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with large volumes of transactions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
