LPN - Long-Term Care up to $48/hr

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver outstanding care to residents in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting. Responsibilities include medication administration, health data documentation, and responding to medical and behavioral emergencies. The ideal candidate will have expertise in dementia care and a strong commitment to supporting residents' health and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care and supervision, including conducting health assessments and encouraging health maintenance
• Administer medications and perform treatments in compliance with established policies and procedures
• Gather and document residents' health and status information, ensuring effective communication
• Recognize and address acute medical conditions, implementing interventions or arranging referrals as necessary
• Act as the first responder during medical or behavioral emergencies
• Maintain precise medical records and input health data accurately
• Respond to emergencies involving aggressive or severe behavioral incidents
  
  

Required Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of long-term care or skilled nursing experience
• Completed dementia training
• Availability to work a rotating schedule, including every other weekend, all holidays, and flexible days off
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities a plus
• Active LPN License in MA
