Responsibilities :
Provide direct care to patients under the supervision of licensed nurses.
Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, and toileting.
Take and record vital signs accurately.
Assist with patient mobility and transfers as needed.
Serve meals and provide assistance with feeding as required.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
Follow hospital policies and procedures to ensure quality patient care.
Qualifications :
Active Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Massachusetts.
Minimum of 6 months of hands-on experience assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs).
Valid driver’s license.
Demonstrate proficiency in working efficiently within a fast-paced environment and effectively prioritizing tasks.
Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Embrace a compassionate and patient-centered approach to delivering care.
Display a foundational understanding of medical terminology and procedures.
Capable of collaborating seamlessly within a multidisciplinary team environment.
