What You’ll Do :
Lead full-cycle accounting for an industrial real estate portfolio
Supervise 1-2 direct reports, reviewing financials and ensuring accuracy
Manage month-end close, financial reporting, CAM reconciliations, and variance analysis
Ensure GAAP compliance, oversee financial statements, and verify lease agreements in Yardi
Oversee cash flow, capital expenditures, and lender reporting
Assist with debt compliance, audits, and financial analysis
What You’ll Need :
Bachelor’s degree in accounting
5 - 10 years of experience in commercial real estate accounting
Proficiency in Yardi software for lease and financial management
Strong GAAP knowledge with experience in month-end close & financial reporting
