What You’ll Do:
- Manage full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of industrial real estate properties
- Oversee month-end close, financial reporting, CAM reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, review financial statements, and analyze lease agreements in Yardi
- Monitor cash flow, capital expenditures, and lender reporting
- Assist with debt compliance, audits, and financial analysis
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- 5 - 10 years of experience in commercial real estate accounting
- Proficiency in Yardi software for lease and financial management
- Strong GAAP knowledge with experience in month-end close & financial reporting
- Advanced Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
