We are seeking a highly experienced Office Manager with a minimum of five years of management experience in a single-family property management company to oversee daily operations and ensure efficiency in our fast-paced environment.
Position Summary:
The Office Manager will be responsible for leading the administrative and operational functions of the office, ensuring compliance with property management regulations, and optimizing workflow efficiency. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, proactive professional with strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.
- Supervise and support administrative staff, fostering a high-performance team culture.
- Maintain compliance with state and local property management laws and regulations.
- Streamline and improve processes for tenant and owner relations, lease management, and maintenance coordination.
- Manage financial records, including budgeting, invoicing, and vendor payments.
- Act as the liaison between property owners, tenants, vendors, and internal teams.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing a single-family property management company.
- Strong knowledge of property management best practices, lease agreements, and local regulations.
- Experience with property management software (e.g., AppFolio).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field (preferred but not required).
