About the RoleWe are seeking a Property Financial Manager to take ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis across our real estate portfolio. This role will report directly to the CEO and work closely with external investor accountants, offering financial insight into both new developments and operational assets.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and experienced in real estate finance, with the ability to consolidate financials across multiple properties, track debt and insurance, and conduct variance analysis on monthly reports. While bookkeeping and payments are supported by another team member, this role requires proficiency in QuickBooks Online and strong financial reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Budgeting & Forecasting – Develop cash flow forecasts and budget projections for both new developments and operational properties.
- Financial Analysis – Conduct variance analysis and track financial performance across multiple properties.
- Debt & Insurance Management – Maintain loan schedules, ensure compliance with lender covenants, and track insurance renewals across the portfolio.
- Financial Consolidation – Aggregate property-level financials into portfolio-wide financial reports for executive review.
- Investor Reporting – Work with external accountants representing investors to provide accurate financial data.
- Historical Data Review – Utilize Property Management Software and QuickBooks Online to review accounts and financial statements as needed.
- Financial Trend Oversight – Analyze prior financial records to ensure accuracy and identify trends.
- 3 years of experience in real estate finance and/or property accounting.
- Strong proficiency in modeling in Excel (cash flow modeling, financial analysis, data consolidation).
- Experience with real estate development and property management financials.
- Ability to work independently, analyze complex financial data, and communicate findings to senior leadership.
- Knowledge of debt financing, insurance policies, and investor reporting structures is a plus.
- Background in real estate investment, finance, or accounting is highly preferred.
