Propper Asset Management LLC is a privately owned real-estate investment and management firm with both residential and commercial properties throughout Missouri. This position is located at The Residences at Tesson Ridge in South St. Louis County, Missouri, a large multifamily residential community.

Your Role as a Grounds Keeper
- Schedule: Full-time, 1st shift, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain the cleanliness and appeal of outside areas, including the parking lot, sidewalks, and grassy areas.
- Clean outside furniture and patios as needed.
- Handle trash removal and assist with snow removal and salting as necessary.
- Report maintenance concerns for repairs in available apartments, models, the clubhouse, and common areas to the Maintenance Manager.
- Provide outstanding guest service while maintaining curb appeal and completing special projects such as mattress flipping or furniture moving.
Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1-3 years in grounds keeping/lawn maintenance and customer service.
