ProRank is a boutique search firm and we are working with a client to help them fill a position for an Application Development Manager in Broomfield, CO. This is a hybrid position that requires 50% onsite attendance.
In this role, you will lead the design, development, and optimization of a core banking platform (Symitar) and enterprise applications. You’ll manage a team of developers, collaborate across departments, and drive technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience: 6 years with financial institution technologies (e.g., Symitar, Jack Henry) and team leadership
- Skills: Proficiency in software development, SQL, HTML, JavaScript, and agile project management
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Symitar/PowerOn and IBM AIX
- Knowledge of ITIL framework
