ProRank is seeking a dedicated Electrical Engineer to join a close-knit team for a client in the Electrical / Electronic Manufacturing industry.
As a key member of this engineering team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our customers' electrical systems, all under the direction of the Engineering Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to apply your expertise in electrical design, power system analysis, project management, and provide technical support to a variety of clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Arc Flash Analysis : Perform and / or provide oversight for short circuit calculations, medium and low-voltage coordination evaluations to optimize protective relay and breaker settings, and arc flash studies in compliance with NFPA, IEEE 1584, and other industry standards.
- Safety Compliance : Ensure adherence to relevant codes and standards to maintain a safe working environment.
- Documentation and Reporting : Prepare engineering documents (e.g., drawings, sketches, instructions, inputs, calculations, analyses, evaluations) according to industry codes, standards, and regulations to support client engineering needs.
- Power System Studies : Work with electrical modeling software (SKM Power Tools, ETAP, Easy Power, etc.) for power system studies and data collection activities as needed.
