ProRank is a boutique search firm and we are working with a client to help them fill a position for a Director of People Services.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and recommend co-worker relations program goals and objectives.
- Manage recruitment, staffing, and talent management strategies.
- Supervise staff in recruitment, training, and policy development.
- Investigate and resolve employee grievances and disciplinary issues.
- Prepare reports and present HR operating budgets.
- Oversee employee performance evaluations, promotions, and terminations.
- Direct onboarding and orientation for new hires.
- Collaborate with leadership on staffing, recruitment, and retention strategies.
Must-Haves:
- Healthcare experience
- Union experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Relations, or Human Resources
