Key Responsibilities:
- Lead HR initiatives such as employee relations, compensation, performance management, and leadership development.
- Manage day-to-day HR tasks, including conflict resolution and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with hospital goals.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews through an upcoming HR system (Oracle).
- Mentor junior HR staff and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years of HR experience in an acute care hospital setting.
- Strong background in employee relations and ability to handle complex HR issues.
- Self-starter capable of managing HR functions independently.
- Excellent multitasking and communication skills.
- Experience with HR software (Oracle preferred).
