Landscape Laborer

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to landscape maintenance and care. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and have a passion for enhancing the beauty of outdoor spaces. As a Landscape Laborer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining gardens, lawns, and other landscaped areas.

Duties

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, and trimming lawns.
• Assist with tree trimming and care to ensure healthy growth and aesthetics.
• Operate power tools and equipment safely and effectively for various landscaping tasks.
• Irrigate plants and lawns as needed to maintain optimal health and appearance.
• Build and maintain garden beds, including planting flowers, shrubs, and trees.
• Conduct groundskeeping duties to keep outdoor areas clean and well-maintained.
• Collaborate with team members to complete landscaping projects efficiently.
• Follow safety protocols while performing all tasks to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related fields is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of tree care practices is a plus.
• Familiarity with operating power tools used in landscaping is beneficial.
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Willingness to learn new skills related to landscaping techniques and equipment operation.
• A valid driver’s license is required and no DUIs in last 5 years.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
