Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various landscaping tasks, including lawn care, groundskeeping, and hardscape installation. This role requires physical stamina and a passion for working outdoors to create and maintain beautiful landscapes.
Duties
- Perform lawn care activities such as mowing, trimming, and fertilizing to ensure healthy growth.
- Assist in landscape installation projects, including planting trees, shrubs, and flowers.
- Utilize hand tools and equipment for digging, building, and maintaining landscape features.
- Carry out groundskeeping tasks to keep outdoor areas clean and well-maintained.
- Operate machinery for snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access to properties.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment.
Skills
- Proficiency in lawn care techniques and landscape maintenance practices.
- Mechanical knowledge to operate tools and equipment safely.
- Ability to dig, build, and install hardscape features such as pavers, walkways, outdoor fire pits, ect.
- Experience with hand tools commonly used in landscaping tasks.
- Strong understanding of groundskeeping principles to enhance outdoor aesthetics.
- Capability to perform snow plowing duties during winter weather conditions.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration.

Pay: $14.70 - $16.00 per hour
