What You’ll Do:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in commercial and residential markets.
- Follow up on warm and cold leads to increase revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and vendors.
- Prepare and deliver accurate project quotes and proposals.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by driving project leads and closing deals.
- Maintain a detailed pipeline of prospects using CRM tools.
- Conduct site assessments to determine project needs and develop detailed quotes.
- Work closely with Foremen to ensure accurate job costing and invoicing.
- Coordinate scheduling of projects and ensure timely completion.
- Communicate updates with clients and internal teams.
- Attend business meetings, networking events, and industry training.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ 3–5 years of sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
✅ Experience in construction, asphalt paving, or sealing preferred.
✅ Strong understanding of sales processes, project management, and scheduling.
✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
✅ Proficiency in Google Suite, MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and Jobber.
✅ Ambitious, self-motivated, and results-driven professional.
