Job Title: Software Asset Management (SAM) Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Software Asset Management (SAM) Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the SAM team to support key initiatives, manage software data, and ensure platform integrity. This position requires a strong understanding of software licensing, contracts, and an ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support delivery of project workstreams within the Software Asset Management function
• Enter and maintain software contract and entitlement data; store related documentation
• Conduct user outreach to support software renewals and ongoing SAM initiatives
• Manage user tickets and software-related requests
• Assist in developing enterprise software policies and processes
• Help create and maintain an enterprise software catalog
• Provide reporting and respond to data requests related to software assets
• Monitor and ensure the health and effectiveness of the SAM platform

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Demonstrated experience in Software Asset Management or a similar role
• Familiarity with software-related contracts and licensing terms
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment
• High proficiency in Microsoft 365 and ability to learn new tools quickly

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SAM platforms
• Experience using ServiceNow or other ITSM tools

6-8 month contract.

Must be available to work Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm EST.
