WHAT YOU'LL DO

ProService Hawaii is looking for a Channel Business Development Manager (CBDM) to drive meaningful impact by selling our trusted HR products and services to local businesses. In this role, you'll be the key connector between our channel partners and their clients, building strong relationships, generating leads, and closing deals. As a CBDM, you'll be responsible for mastering our sales process and showcasing the ProService value proposition in a compelling way.

This is an ideal position for someone with strong negotiation skills who is passionate about building strong business partnerships, and eager to make a difference.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

  • Strong communication, organizational and presentation skills with ability to sell at all decision-making levels.
  • Intermediate knowledge of banking products.
  • Tenacity, resilience, and passion to achieve results, and the need to win.
  • Ability to manage complex sales and develop strategic plans.
  • Proven track record of sales success in a B2B environment. Experience canvassing and cold calling local businesses in various industries.
  • Effective negotiation skills proven to close new business.
  • Willingness to collaborate and contribute to our norm of "winning as a team".
  • Professional demeanor. Create favorable first impressions through appropriate body language, eye contact, posture, voice qualities, and attire.
  • Able to establish trust and credibility, both internally and externally with a strong code of ethics and values.

  • Competitive Pay & Benefits: We believe in recognizing and rewarding your hard work. The pay range for this role is $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition this role is eligible for performance-based commission which is uncapped.
