This role ensures proactive security measures, rapid incident response, and the seamless integration of security and business continuity planning across the organization. As a hands-on leader, the Director drives security initiatives from conception to execution, fostering a culture of security awareness and resilience.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Integration: Oversee the integration of information security with business continuity, embedding resilience within the SDLC, and adjusting the cybersecurity roadmap to evolving threats.
- Risk and Vulnerability Management: Conduct regular assessments to identify security and operational vulnerabilities while continuously improving business continuity readiness.
- Incident Response Leadership: Develop and lead comprehensive incident response plans, ensuring continuity protocols are in place to minimize business disruptions.
- Team and Resource Management: Manage and develop the information security team, emphasizing business continuity skills and efficiently allocating resources to support security and continuity objectives.
- Company-wide Awareness: Foster a culture of security awareness through ongoing training, engagement activities, and company-wide integration of best security practices.
- Proven leadership in information security strategy and execution, aligning security initiatives with business objectives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess risks, anticipate threats, and develop effective security solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex security concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Expertise in cloud security, compliance frameworks, and incident response management.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, AWS Certified Security Specialty, or similar.

- Competitive Pay & Benefits: We believe in recognizing and rewarding your hard work. The pay range for this role is $190,000 - $200,000, depending on experience and qualifications. This role is eligible to receive a performance bonus of up to 10% of the annual base salary based on agreed upon targets.
