Key Responsibilities include:
- Client Interaction: Serve as the primary contact for payroll-related inquiries and issues, building strong client relationships.
- Payroll Processing: Manage all payroll tasks for your assigned clients, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Data Management: Collect and verify employee time and attendance data, reviewing timesheets for accuracy.
- Payroll Calculations: Calculate employee pay, including deductions such as taxes, benefits, and garnishments.
- Payment Distribution: Issue paychecks or process direct deposits, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Tax Filings: Handle payroll taxes and filings, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
- Reporting: Provide detailed payroll reports and maintain all necessary documentation to support compliance.
- 4 years of customer service experience (Banking/Financial services a plus!)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make confident decisions.
- Process innovation: Ability to find new ways to improve processes, enhancing both internal and external experiences.
- Adaptability: Capable of managing a steady stream of tasks and responsibilities with ease, embracing change and uncertainty with agility. The ideal candidate adapts quickly, consistently maintaining high productivity under tight deadlines.
