Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring efficient office operations.
Duties:
-Create and manage invoices within QuickBooks Desktop - experience and mastery of this software is a requirement
- Manage and coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Perform administrative tasks, including organizing files, drafting correspondence, and scheduling appointments
- Assist in accounts receivable by processing invoices, payments, and reconciling accounts
- Conduct balance sheet reconciliation and account reconciliation tasks
- Support payroll processing and maintain financial records
- Utilize financial concepts to assist in various accounting tasks
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Strong clerical and administrative skills
-Experience with QuickBooks Desktop
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
